2:Make a good tittle of any contenet in your website.
3:Link exchange with other site.
4:Post your website link in articles sites.
5:Post your website link in all forum that are similar with your site & others.
6:Share your content on all social network site like facebook,twitter etc.
i am sure if you hard working on these issues you get first position in search engines

Great tips! Just wanna share a little regarding number 3 Link exchange.. You can build quality link exchange thru comment posting on the other blogs or in some forum like this marketing forum site but make sure that your comment is relevant to the post or a "real comment" to prevent from treating it as spam message. One more thing choose blog site that offers commentluv or keywordluv.

Nice tips, but you have missed out some valuable points there:
1. Comment on high PR blogs(valuable comments)
2. Social Networking and Bookmarking.
3. Check for DO follow links and post on those.

If you mean reciprocal linking then no Google doesn't like it. A reciprocal link is where 2 sites link to each other, it really is not a good strategy.
