Glad i came across this thread i have been wanting to start up something on the side with web design, if anyone would like buttons, banners, or web pages designed for them then please let me know. My site is not up yet but will be in the next month or so i hope, both a friend and i will be working on it together so any client right now will be welcome to kick it off.

Hi, Welcome to the forums - if you could show us a sample as it would be useful to see what kind of quality your work is.

I have graphics work that needs to be done, my web guy isn't exactly an expert at design.

Draken & Phoenyx Designs this is our website, it is currently under construction still and there are loads of things we have to still do on it before its completed, but have a look at our portfolio link, there is a variety of designs that have been done by both myself and my business partner, you will see some pages were created for Portraits of a hate machine for the official Marilyn Manson and Nine in Nails site too a while back.

As i mentioned we have not launched again as yet but will be in the next few weeks or so.

HI there, Im dreamrage. Im mellijelli's partner. As shes said were relaunching soon, and we'll be under a new name, Web Impressions.

The designs at Draken and Phoenyx are a good example of what we can do, and more.

Email marketing is the best way, there is a saying that the money is in the list!!!

This is completely true. With email marketing you can make a recurring income from the same subscriber, the trick is to form a relationship with the subscribers so when you promote a product they are more likely to by.

A way to build a good relationship is to give away free stuff (eg PDF report)

Try to work as an affiliate, this really doesnt need much investments in the start and you can make good money. For me, affiliate marketing is good for beginners!
