Post Are poker and gambling sites illegal in the US?
Google and Yahoo stopped serving ads for online casinos a few years back because of lack of clarity in U.S. regulations.

Have you felt any discomfort promoting poker sites and online casinos?

The biggest risk in promoting those sites is losing your PayPal account because advertising gambling sites is against their TOS.

Other than that I see no real danger in promoting them.

Because of the risk and uncertainty in the laws ....I would not gamble on the chance.....
