Well I am also using Dreamweaver to design my website, but the only difference is that I have the full version of the software-YEAH i have purchased it. Dreamweaver is is not difficult to learn and use, once you master it, you would be able to make very good designs for your websites.

hi i don't know whether if you can actually purchase older versions of dreamweaver but i have found a website which explains to you how to use dreamweaver step by step. Here is the link:
http://www.siteground.com/tutorials/...aver/index.htm

Nvu ( usually pronounced N-view, for a "new view") can help you to create web pages and manage a website with no technical knowledge of HTML. Well I have also heard that it is available for linux, windows and macintosh.

I also found a link to download NVU:
http://www.download.com/Nvu/3000-2048_4-10412423.html

Hope i helped you!

I like using wordpad, you really don't need an editor to design a website that looks professional. Some of the best coders use notepad and their knowledge to code.

Hello all,

i completely agree with the post made by flaco, to design a web site you do not need funcky tools or software just some basic skills & hard work & you are good to go, wel you wont design the best web site on the net but well anything you will come up with will be nice.

Cheers!!!

I use wordpress now more than ever, you can do a lot with themes like wp-spire to quickly throw together a squeeze page or sales letter.
