investing in affiliate marketing???

hi guys.....
Is is a good option that I just invest in affiliate marketing and hire people to do the work and say them to manage all the work and just at the end of month give me profit or should i myself also look after that how the work is going and also give my time to this work???

Yes, you can outsource it if you want but its a higher risk and the time it takes finding and managing staff on an ongoing basis.

I know someone who makes a healthy living from affiliate marketing but the product you are promoting one day gets pulled (like it did in their case) they have to start again.

Thats why i say its better to create a product, a much better investment than creating a tower of babel that can go away any day.
