It has worked fine for me, I have filled out the questionaire for you. Can I just give a little feedback. Many questions were virtually the same with just one or two words altered. I think you may have missed a trick here and could have built up a far more detailed picture of online consumers, with a few changes. You have most of the questions focused only on how a customer feels when they are buying or looking for products online or using social media marketing, but you have nothing to compare how this has changed their shopping habits from the past. How did they shop before using social media etc, has this increased or decreased now with using social media. Have they switched to buying practiacally all luxuries online now etc.
