Default Outsource the process not the content

Similar to ancient I work with companies on their online marketing strategies and assist them, when necessary, in outsourcing or buying in expertise.

Email is a relationship building process just like a face-to-face communication. Outsourcing the full process is a bad idea in that regardless of how good or intuitive the outsourcing is it cannot replace the business owners own feelings, knowledge and motivation about their business.

But outsourcing the process is probably the best way to go. It provides a tried and tested delivery medium to ensure that more of your emails get through to the intended recipient and in today's spam laden email inbox that's important.

All offer easy and straightforward email creation. Important for the client as they can, with some training and support, eventually take over the whole process.

And, with their inbuilt tracking and reporting, personalisation and segmentation facilities can simplify and automate what would otherwise be a headache for most business owners to manage and likely never done effectively.

All in all, the benefits outweigh the costs. The top 15 email marketing providers have been compared in a survey this year:-

An emailing marketing company can help you to increase your revenue and margin.

Here are some example of services they can do for you:
- define and conceive an e-mailing and e-CRM strategy suited to your goals
- implement and follow-up your e-mailing and e-CRM action plan by tracking and optimizing your return on investment.

Default Having Master List Managed Offline

I agree with the need to manage the client relationship myself. Currently I outsource the process using Benchmark Email, and need advice about either keeping with an web based email service provider, or installing an inhouse email software system. One issue is cost. You can spend a lot of money on the transaction based email service providers however I have other issues as well.

My List is permission based and presently is being managed offline in an MS Access Database. This way I can segment the list any way I want to. Most services that I have looked at require you to upload a list to their servers before you can do an email send. Then, they may require you to go through a lengthy list approval process. This gets slow and frustrating adding unnecessary road blocks in the way.

Are you aware of any that will pull the list from my local hard drive?

I think that if you want to do it right you need to truste the experts. I have been using an outsourcing service, and honestly, i think the costs are very reasenable.

One away or another, the ROI is allways high.

Why Outsourcing Email Marketing?

1. It's hard to manage whole database/email lists on day to day basis after each email campaigns are executed. Outsourcing the job makes it easier.
2. It's cheap - Saves an in-house resource cost + Email Marketing Software subscription fee.
3. Saves time- Your Sales/Inside Sales team directly work on leads, inquiries and email click throughs using reports.
4. Clean and Hygienic Email Databases - All bounced and bad emails are removed and updated in database by the vendor making your job easier
5. Easy Unsubscriber's list management
6. Targeted Marketing

Email Marketing is most effective ways to advertise on the Internet.it is becoming increasingly difficult to launch a successful email campaign.Outsourcing Email marketing is quickly gaining popularity.Managed email marketing can take many forms, such as the crafting and management of recurring email communications.
