Yes, there are plenty of scammers out there to try and do you over with your money. Another scammer out there is pay for traffic and get "X" amount of visitors to your page. Now I have done my research and it seems there are a few one being
www.handytraffic.com that is a scam. Depending how much you pay for "x" amount of traffic, 1 - You won't get anywhere near the amount of traffic you paid for and 2 - It'll be all automated which is going to mean nothing to you, so be careful!
My advice would be, if your going to pay for traffic, do your research first and speak with others who has done it and ask for there feedback.
