I would recommend building your own list of subscribers if i'm totally honest, when purchasing leads it is difficult to get the same level of rapport you would get if they wanted to sign up and get information from you. The best advice i could give is to research the keywords you are targetting for your product, build a squeeze page (with a bribe offer for signing up) , drive targetted traffic to it using articles, blogs and advertising (even if you just do one of those it should generate enough traffic) then you can keep the conversation going, remembering to always give valuable content and have people asking if they can buy from you, rather than you asking them - if done correctly.
You may be able to find a company who locally provides sales leads, although i get email traffic in my inbox all the time, i call it spam and tend to delete it 99.99% of the time.
